Wayne Rooney's side will now revisit the Millers tonight.
Rotherham United's postponed clash against Derby County - which was set to take place yesterday - has been swiftly rearranged and will now take place this evening following conversations between both clubs and the EFL.
The Millers had been able to clear the AESSEAL New York Stadium pitch of snow but a late downpour of rain in the local area left the pitch in an unplayable condition as it was deemed waterlogged in a pitch inspection around an hour before kick-off.
Wayne Rooney's side will now revisit the Millers tonight for a 7pm kick off, with the Millers hopeful that the pitch will be in a playable condition and that the waterlogging of the playing surface will have subsided ahead of tomorrow night.
iFollow Millers match passes which have been purchased for the previously postponed fixtures will remain valid for the new date.
