The UK has been hit with some of the hottest temperatures on record in 2022.
Following one of the hottest and driest summers on record, Yorkshire Water are set to impose a hosepipe ban in the region in an attempt to restore water levels in dams and reservoirs.
The hosepipe ban will come into action this Friday as temperatures in September are expected to remain higher than average.
Should anyone be found guilty of violating this ban they could be fined up to £1,000.
